Reflexology has similarities with both acupuncture and shiatsu.

Although they are not the same, both "reflexes" and meridians connect the physical to the etheric body. Using pressure on the physical foot releases energy blockages in the etheric body at the true site of the organ as well as on the foot, allowing healing to take place.
